FAQs

My Compressor(s) Won’t turn on or Stay on

The Yellow wire from the main harness on the ECU is the compressor trigger 12v (key) ON

This goes to the relay then compressors power. Never connect it direct to the compressor power wire.

If voltage is below 11.5v on the screen the compressors will not turn on. If you unable to maintain 13.8v then you will need to upgrade your alternator, as this is a sign your alternator isn’t able to handle the extra load. Running a larger or twin batteries will only make this situation worse, as the load is further increased.

We recommend at least a 220amp High Output at idle alternator.  120amp minimum at idle is needed to handle the load of everything running, not only in the air suspension but all the car’s other electrical components or electrical addons.

Grounds are very important.

Grounds from the compressor should be ran to a ground post connected directly to the ground on the battery, as the body/chassis isn’t guaranteed to provide a resistance free ground.
